1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, and using the TarimaAPP application (hereinafter, «the Application»), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, «Terms»). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
2. LICENSE AGREEMENT
TarimaApp INC. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms. This license is granted for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the functionalities of the Application as intended by TarimaApp INC.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
The Application provides premium features available through a subscription model. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google and are subject to their respective policies and terms of service.
3.1 Subscription Management
Apple App Store: Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are managed according to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Google Play Store: Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed according to Google Play Terms of Service.
By subscribing to a plan, you authorize TarimaApp INC. to charge the corresponding fees on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) using the provided payment method. Charges may include applicable taxes and other fees related to the use of the Application.
3.2 Auto-Renewal Policy
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where the purchase was made.
3.3 Refund Policy

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the Application only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are prohibited from:
Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Application without express written permission from TarimaApp INC.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the Application’s source code.
Using the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
The Application may allow you to submit, store, or share content, including evaluations and comments. You retain ownership of any content you provide but grant TarimaApp INC. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Application’s services.
6. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
The collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
TarimaApp INC. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the Application or on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activities.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Application is provided «as is» and «as available,» without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TarimaApp INC. does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TarimaApp INC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
